I 3d printed some ammo boxes to improve the mortar crews I painted in June 2023. These look like 60mm US mortar ammo boxes. The small triple tubes I've added on a few bases are 3 inch mortar, which obviously doesn't match, but I'm going for the overall effect rather than true historical accuracy! I also printed some mortar bombs, but they are so tiny that almost half didn't survive the printing and cleaning process, and I'm a bit scared to try and paint the survivors...
My other army have their mortar ammunition in simpler wooden crates. I have all their ammo boxes done, I just need to get the rest of the mortars and crew painted up and based.
